Cosmedical was founded in 1993 by board-certified dermatologist Dr. Loretta Ciraldo, a board-certified dermatologist with 40+ years of clinical practice. Her clinical expertise is the foundation of every Cosmedical formulation. We began with a clear and focused mission: to deliver clinically effective, dermatologist-developed skincare to licensed professionals.
A professor of Cosmetic Dermatology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and past president of the Miami-Dade County Medical Association, Dr. Ciraldo also maintains a thriving cosmetic dermatology practice in South Florida.
Her expert medical opinion has led to appearances on Good Morning America, Rachel Ray, and Today in South Florida; as well as featured quotes in O (Oprah), Shape, New Beauty, and Seventeen magazines.
She is also a best selling author; her book, 6 Weeks to Sensational Skin, takes readers through a 6-week “boot camp” to improve the overall health and appearance of skin, and has been dubbed "the ultimate girlfriend's guide to beauty.”

Gina Ciraldo Stabile was named CEO of Cosmedical in 2014. A former attorney with nearly a decade’s experience practicing law, she has led the brand’s transformation from a leading private skincare manufacturer into a strategic partner for physicians, medical spas, and licensed aestheticians.
Recognizing that exceptional products require excellent support, Gina has invested in operational infrastructure, client education, customized branding, and business resources that enable practices to launch and scale with confidence. Under her direction, Cosmedical evolved its brand, modernizing every aspect of the Cosmedical experience while remaining true to its dermatologist-founded heritage.
